Cancellations, Rescheduling and 'NO SHOWS'
The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you, so we ask that you arrive on time – preferably 5 minutes before your treatment is due to start, so you can catch your breath and relax.
We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask 48 hours notice for evening and weekend appointments and 24 hours for all weekday appointments, where possible. This gives us the opportunity to re-fill your allocated time slot, as we often have waiting lists.
Of course we also understand that some things you just can’t plan – sick children, accidents etc, but if you could give as much notice as possible, we would be appreciative.
Our time, like yours, is valuable and booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of the following terms:
Failure to arrive may result in the full amount being charged or the Gift Voucher being cancelled.* Future appointments will require a 50% deposit when booking the appointment.
Canceling an appointment less than 6 hours notice, may result in a 50% fee being charged.*
All phone calls must be received during normal work hours.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be reduced and the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.

Fresh Skin and Spa will send you an SMS appointment reminder message to confirm your appointment for your convenience.
Please reply YES to confirm your appointment or call 46 599 399 as soon as possible to reschedule the booking.
Unconfirmed appointments may be offered to other clients on our waiting list.
Please make sure you arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior as there may be a client form to fill out, arriving late for a scheduled appointment will reduce your treatment time so that we are not running late for our next client.
Whether it’s the amount of massage pressure, number of pillows or conversation level, please notify us of any preferences.
Our qualified therapists are trained to respect your comfort and privacy. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Disposable undergarments can be provided for tanning or 'wet room' treatments such as body scrubs.
Mobile Phones/ Technology
To preserve the serenity of the spa environment we respectfully request that mobile phones be turned to silent when you enter the spa.
All Fresh Skin and Spa therapists are certified in their respective services. Should your preferred therapist be unavailable on the day of your treatment, they will be replaced with an equally caring and qualified member of our team and you will be notified of any changes.
